[Plerd-announce] Request for testers: Plerd 1.7

Howdy!

I seek volunteers to test the proposed version 1.7 of Plerd, which introduces some significant structural changes from the current version. Most significant, it allows (and, indeed, encourages) installation at the user or system level, and provides utilities to ease the burden of creating and running new Plerd-based blogs.
